We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to help drive our Supply Management Transformation program!

What Were Looking For

Process Enthusiasts Someone with an analytical mindset who enjoys standardizing methodologies and improving administrative execution

Technical Detailers Experience in catalog management, SKU updates, and asset monitoring is highly valued

System Savvy Ability to manage system test scenarios and handle data collection for global project requirements

Collaborative Communicators Fluent in English and Italian, with the ability to train teammates and work closely with finance teams to align End-to-End (E2E) processes.

Risk Managers A proactive professional who can identify deviations and escalate potential risks to management

Key Responsibilities

Process Development Standardize purchasing methodologies and the organization of administrative tasks.

Catalog Migration Update SKU lists, manage site assortments, and link Products to Articles.

System Testing Monitor and take responsibility for system test scenarios within the reporting tool.

Quality Control Identify process deviations and ensure compliance with the to-be global model.

Global Collaboration Partner with the P2P Finance team in Porto to optimize the End-to-End process.

Knowledge Sharing Conduct training for operative processes to ensure team alignment.

Education Bachelors degree is required.

Procurement Expertise Strong knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.

Languages Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.

Change Management Experience supporting change at a senior management level, involving both internal/external stakeholders and suppliers.

Collaboration Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

Mobility Availability and willingness to travel regularly.

Mindset A process-driven orientation with the ability to manage complex global requirements.

Experience & Skills

Education Bachelors degree is required.

Background Ideally, experience working within Supply Management environments.

Domain Knowledge Strong expertise in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.

Languages Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. Proficiency in other European languages is a significant plus.

Change Leadership Proven experience supporting change at a Senior Management level with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers.

Global Mindset A process-driven professional comfortable working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

Communication Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Mobility Willingness and ability to travel regularly as part of the role.
